I don't usually do reviews but I wanted to share how my experience with The Nita Lemon Law Firm went. I received a letter from them and decided to give them a call since I had been having problems with my 2013 Nissan Sentra for a while and dealer was just giving me the runaround. My vehicle was giving brake and transmission problems with only 15K miles on it. I called them and they told me to send them all my documents and they will tell me if I had a case or not. Once they reviewed what I sent them they told me I had a case and just had to sign documents to start all the process. The whole process was so easy, I got my check in exactly two months. Although I loved the aesthetics and comfort of my 2 year old luxury SUV, unfortunately it kept letting me down with a repetitive mechanical problem. The dealer made numerous attempts and tried extremely hard to fix this but unfortunately the problem kept recurring, so it was clear that this was never going to get resolved.

Like the previous reviewer said, there were no reports on Yelp at the time, however my friend told me that Nick had successfully won 2 cases they knew about, so I approached him for a free consultation.
After reviewing my vehicle repair records, Nick advised me that there was a strong case that the vehicle would be bought back by the manufacturer, however I decided to approach other lawyers to see what they thought and to obtain their terms and conditions.
My gut instinct together with the information obtained from my friend convinced me that Nick was my best choice, so I decided to go with him and signed a contract.
Nick was extremely professional and very responsive throughout the whole time he worked on my case and advised me on things I never even knew about, which had the effect of relieving my stress as I knew I was in very professional and capable hands.
The whole process from signing the contract with Nick to returning my vehicle to the dealer and receiving a check from the manufacturer took 2 months and I am absolutely delighted with the result and it didn't cost me anything!

Thank goodness for this company! I had a 2013 Nissan Sentry SR which had a transmission failure at 25k miles, so my car was put under the lemon law. Nita company a couple months later had sent a letter, at first I thought it was fishy, but it wasn't! I had many other problems with the car, thought I couldn't do much with it, I was wrong!
