What Is the Motorcycle Lemon Law in California?
California’s Lemon Law, officially known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Tanner Consumer Protection Act, is designed to protect consumers who purchase or lease new vehicles, including motorcycles, that fail to meet quality and performance standards.
